Financial stability

Ocean House is one of the last condominiums constructed at IRP. The Board works diligently, with the owners, to maintain the property in a state of near pristine condition. The Board maintains fully funded Reserve Accounts for major repairs or replacement of building components. Our Reserve and Maintenance Budgets facilitate repairs without imposing special assessments common to many condominiums.  No assessment, or increase in the quarterly fees, have been made since 2007.

We believe Ocean House is one of the best managed, most financially secure Condo Associations in Florida. Our financial, management and maintenance systems protect owner’s investment and the value of their condominiums.  Buyers are encouraged to review our financial statements and visit our pool area to meet and talk with owners about Ocean House and our incredible, friendly island lifestyle.
